The fitness room is equipped with TechnoGym cardio and strengthening equipments.
We believe that only by combining the weight lifting and cardio workouts strength, muscle endurance can be achieved and it is ideal for developing a healthy lifestyle and thus the development of appropriate body weight. Regular training ensures optimal fat burning and the achievement of required stamina.
Lessons for teams:
If you do not like doing the training on your own our professional trainers keep you motivated on our lessons for teams with music and professional guidance, to have an efficient and enjoyable training. You can find the most popular lessons in our schedule. The intensity is different, as well as they are 30, 45, 60 minutes long.
Personal training:
Compared to the traditional training the personal training is more efficient; this is the best method to have efficient training.
At the routine exercises - in most of the cases - we do not know what we are doing and why, but with a personal trainer we can do the tailor made exercises in a way that we learn using the machines and ourselves, as well.
